Lacey Laird is a native Floridian with a passion for helping clients feel confident, informed, and supported throughout the real estate process. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Lacey spent nearly a decade as a legal office manager, where she developed strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of contracts, skills that now benefit her clients every day. She’s known for her personalized approach, clear communication, and ability to turn what can feel like a stressful process into a smooth and positive experience.

Outside of real estate, Lacey enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, visiting theme parks, and relaxing at the beach or in the mountains. For her, real estate is about more than transactions, it’s about building lasting relationships and helping people confidently move into their next chapter.
